Connie and Kerstin had held their Locally Made exhibition for 2 years running, this was to be the 3rd. Previously they had used a printed flyer, dropped around the local area to advertise the event each year. This year needed to be different, Covid-19 had changed how people shop and what people would pick up and take home!
I started by creating a bold title based on the type face and font used before. From there I created a series of memes for a staggered release on-line leading up to the week long exhibition. Just 3 days before the exhibition was to start, the Government announced a national coronavirus lockdown starting halfway though the exhibition! We quickly came up with a plan to take the lockdown days on-line, creating memes, a general intro film and 9 short films to showcase what was in the exhibition. |
